Rejuvoflex Calderdale
The Project
Rejuvo JPCS are contracted to complete planned maintenance works on footways and carriageways at various locations throughout the Calderdale Borough, as part of a 5-year contract.
The Challenges:
Access is often restricted, and disruption to road and footpath users must be kept to a minimum. The historical features and heritage of the Calderdale area must be preserved through conservation of green and urban spaces, which therefore means a solution that is sympathetic to these needs is required.
This enables us to reach more access-restricted sites very easily, without damaging the environment, and preserving the local conservation areas.
Our bespoke Rejuvokit mixers and application processes allows us to renew and maintain surfaces, without any damage to nearby historical features.
Rejuvoflex is also installed very quickly, reducing vehicle movements and associated disruption to the local community.
Using our bespoke BBA Hapas product enabled us to deliver an effective solution to address the challenges faced by Calderdale Council.

The Result
Calderdale Council realised the following benefits through using Rejuvo JPCS and Rejuvoflex as the chosen solution:
- Rejuvo JPCS offered a flexible approach to the programme for this contract, completing the works between April and December to avoid the challenges of winter weather, to maximise efficiencies and minimize disruption to end users. Working patterns were altered to cater for special requirements, such as working longer shifts during summer holidays to avoid disruption during term time.
- Rejuvoflex benefits from fast application and completion, reducing vehicle movements and associated disruption.
- Our performance record on this contract includes delivering the programme 100% on time and with a right-first-time-rate of 95%.
- 85% resident satisfaction was achieved during Q1 of 2014 of this contract.
